MEDITATION

Stress management is on everyone’s mind today, and scientists are starting to verify the advantages of the regular practice of stress reducing techniques, such as meditation. Meditation provides physical, mental and emotional benefits which can help you not only feel better, but feel better about yourself as well. It increases the conscious capacity of the mind through increased creativity, intelligence, organization and quality of relationships. For entrepreneurs, it even helps lead to a bigger bottom line.

Vedic meditation comes from the tradition of Ayurveda, the 5,000-year old Science of Life from India. This form of meditation is a mental technique for releasing physical stress. It easily and effortlessly allows the mind to settle down to deeper, more refined levels of thought. Eventually, one reaches the source of all thought, experienced as silence and peacefulness. And because the mind and body are intimately connected, where the mind goes, the body must follow. As a result, during meditation the body experiences deep rest, purification and healing.

Now you can learn this simple, yet profound technique of Vedic meditation individually, in a group, or during one of our week long Ayurvedic Retreats. You’ll feel better from day one. It’s an investment in yourself, health and well being that pays dividends for the rest of your career.
