Program Structure

  • Structure

    The program is structured as 12 Modules over 24 sessions during the course of one year. Each Module pertains to a different aspect of business success. Each session is conducted directly with Max via telephone at the rate of one session every two weeks. You also have access to Max anytime in-between your sessions via phone and email. Faster tracks are available upon request for an increased fee.

  • Flexibility

    Each Business Development Program (BDP) Financial Advisor has different needs. Therefore, within the structure of the 12 Modules, clients may choose to emphasize certain areas in which they feel the most help is needed. Similarly, certain areas may be de-emphasized. However, each Financial Advisor should recognize the logical sequence and comprehensive nature of the program, being careful not to short circuit their success by eliminating any key elements.

  • Suitability

    This program is suitable for and delivers extraordinary results for Financial Advisors of all kinds, including Independent Financial Planners, RIA’s, Asset Managers, Wholesalers, Bankers, CPA’s and Insurance Agents. There is no minimum income requirement, and is suitable regardless of your compensation method. Past participants have experience ranging from first year “Rookies” to 30+ year veterans. More important is the attitude each candidate brings to the table. You should be ready, willing and able to change your current  mindset and take action.

  • Fees

    While building a sustainable business at a significantly higher level takes time, your confidence, competence and compensation grow from day one. There are no contracts. It’s pay-as-you go, because results count! Choose from among several payment options. You may change options at any time.

    $12,000 Annually
    $  7,000 Semi-Annually
    $  4,000 Quarterly
    $  1,500 Monthly

    The first two Modules are emailed as soon as payment is received. Year two starts 12 months after sign up, regardless of how many sessions have occurred. Advisors are encouraged to do all assignments and keep all appointments, except for agreed upon allowances for emergencies.

  • Commitment

    As a client and student of the “Take It To The Max!” Mentoring Program, you receive an Overview of each Module to read. In addition, you are required to complete an Assignment relating to each Module. Some of these Assignments are relatively simple, some are more complex. On average, it takes about an hour to read each Overview, and another two hours to think and complete each Assignment.

    E-mail with Microsoft Word & Excel is the required method for communicating your written work. Assignments are due one week before your telephone session, allowing time for Max to review and prepare for your appointment.

    Max spends a lot of time reviewing each Assignment, preparing for your telephone session, making notes and “cleaning up” afterwards, plus time actually spent working on your business. You receive a Work Status Report (WSR) and an agreed upon To Do List after each session.

  • Service

    Max personally provides unlimited phone & email support. You may call for guidance, clarification and answers to questions anytime in-between your sessions by scheduling 10-Minute “Check In” calls. All other calls are returned promptly…Usually within 1.5 hours if he’s in another session, always the same half day. If he’s out of town speaking, your call may be returned by the end of the day or in the early evening.

  • What You Can Expect

    You receive 12 Overviews, 12 Assignments, 24 sessions, access to telephone and email support as needed in-between sessions, same-day return call service, and an irrevocable commitment to your success. You also receive over 30 years of planning, business, legal, marketing, sales and entrepreneurial experience in building two highly successful nationwide businesses. You receive access to Max’s entire library of templates and samples of letters, brochures, etc. Finally, you receive a proven business and personal development program designed to help you define and achieve your highest goals.
